HOW TO MAKE SALMON BURGERS

I hope you’re close to making these salmon burgers because you’ll NOT be disappointed. They’re an excellent thanks to juice up a weekday meal or impress your next banquet.

STEP 1: misunderstanding SRIRACHA AIOLI
First, place all ingredients for the sriracha aioli into a little bowl and blend well. If your cheese is particularly chilled, soften on the counter or within the microwave before mixing together sriracha aioli. Place into the refrigerator for later.

STEP 2: PREP SALMON
Next, remove skin and debone salmon. Then, cut it into chunks and place salmon chunks into a high-speed kitchen appliance.

STEP 3: FOOD PROCESS + SEASON
Cover kitchen appliances and slowly pulse salmon until it’s ground (similar to ground chicken).

Next, add lemon peel, shallot, fresh garlic, dill, salt, pepper, and almond meal to the kitchen appliance and slowly pulse ingredients together until all ingredients are combined.

STEP 4: MAKE SALMON PATTIES
Remove the blade from the kitchen appliance and evenly separate salmon mixture into four equal parts and make patties together with your hands. they ought to be around 1.5 inches thick.

STEP 5: COOK BURGERS YOUR WAY!
On the Grill: Turn the grill on and warmth to 400ºF. Place a bit of tin foil on the grill and spray with vegetable oil cooking spray. Place salmon patties on the grill and canopy. Grill for 4-6 minutes, flip, and let cook for an additional 4-6 minutes, then remove from heat.

On the Stove: Heat an outsized skillet over medium/high heat and spray with vegetable oil cooking spray. When vegetable oil is fragrant, place salmon patties within the pan and canopy. Let cook for 4-6 minutes on all sides, then remove from heat.

In the Oven: Line a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with vegetable oil cooking spray, and place salmon patties on baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 400ºF flipping burger patties halfway through.

Temperature
The internal temperature of the salmon burgers should be a minimum of 130ºF. Our recommendation would be to require the burgers off of the warmth source at 130ºF and allow them to sit for five minutes.
They will still cook after removing them from the warmth, but if you favor a more well-cooked salmon burger, let salmon burgers cook until the interior temperature reaches 145ºF.

STEP 6: ENJOY!
Serve salmon patties on a bun or in butter lettuce with aioli and your favorite toppings!
